At Métis Crossing summer 2018, you explored one of Canada’s Indigenous cultures through the Michif language, Métis settler’s homesteads, historical artifacts, and voyageur canoe trips. Located in the beautiful Victoria District National Historic Site along the North Saskatchewan River, Métis Crossing is a perfect family weekend getaway with activities for all ages.

Hours of Operation:

11:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. May long weekend to September long weekend.

Located just 1 1/2 hours northeast of Edmonton in Smoky Lake County. We are an 8 minute drive to amenities, on highway 855, in Smoky Lake Town (pumpkin captial!).
